About Christina M. Bradley

Christina's research focuses on how responses to emotion expressions impact important workplace outcomes. She has introduced a theoretical framework to understand how best to respond to the emotions of others at work, which she has applied in her ensuing empirical projects across a variety of challenging work contexts, including conflicts, negotiations, and workplace hierarchies. Her most recent work begins to explore how individuals can express their emotions in ways that elicit more helpful responses to their emotions.

Christina's research has been published in the Academy of Management Annals and she has also published articles in popular press outlets such as the Harvard Business Review Magazine, Harvard Business Review, and MIT Sloan Management Review.
